About the Hotel
The Doubletree by Hilton Manchester Downtown serves as the hotel headquarters for the meeting. Rooms may be booked at online here or by telephone at 603-625-1000. If reserving your room by telephone, be sure to indicate that you are attending the ISLPMC conference.
A block of rooms is being held for the International Society for Landscape, Place, and Material Culture. Rooms in the ISLPMC block are $179 a night for standard rooms from Wednesday, October 3, through Saturday, October 6. Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state tax, which is currently 8.5%. Breakfast is not included in the room rate.
Check-in time is 3 p.m. Check out time is 11 a.m. Rooms in the ISLPMC block must be reserved by September 3, 2024.
Parking
Overnight parking in the connected Center of New Hampshire Parking Garage is $8 per day for hotel guests.

Reservations may be made in one of two ways:

2. Call the hotel directly at 603-625-1000, provide the dates, and reference the code ISLPMC (or the ISLPMC Conference).
Cancellation
Individual rooms must be canceled no later than 48 hours prior to planned arrival. Otherwise, a one-night’s room and tax charge will apply. Early checkouts are subject to a $75 fee.s
