Accommodations in the Garden District. These hotels are directly on the St. Charles Streetcar Line. When booking for accommodations, please inform the hotels that you are attending the ISLPMC conference.

Hampton Inn – 3626 St. Charles Ave.

Wednesday, September 26, 2018 – 15 rooms available.
Thursday, September 27, 2018 – 20 rooms available.
Friday, September 28, 2018 – 20 rooms available.
Saturday, September 29, 2018 – 15 rooms available.

All rooms cost $119.00 per night plus tax (15.75%) and a $1.00 occupancy fee – parking fee of $15.00 per night. Also, the hotel is not responsible for any theft or damages – guests will park at their own risk. Continental breakfast is included in the sprice.

We will lose the rooms designated for the conference if not booked by August 27th, 2018. The hotel might have more rooms available on Wednesday and Saturday if reservations are booked early – based on availability. Check-in time is 3 PM. Check-out time is at 11 AM.

Rooms cost $149.00 per night plus tax (15.75%) and a $1.00 occupancy fee, and that includes parking for one vehicle. They do have a hot breakfast buffet as well as high-speed wireless Internet. The St. Charles Inn cut-off date is August 13th, 2018. Any requests after August 13th will be based on availability.

Guest room reservations are to be made by individually calling 800-489-9908 and requesting the ISLPMC Group and the dates, or by booking online using this special URL. Thirty days prior to the scheduled cut-off date the Hotel will review the actual pick-up of the confirmed block. If less than 50% of the block has been filled the Hotel has the right to reduce the total block by up to 50%.

All room reservations should be made as soon as possible since there is a July 1st cutoff. Rates include a complimentary Southern breakfast and daily newspaper — truly an old style hotel! Some of the rooms can accommodate a third person for an extra fee of $35.00. The Parkview Guest House – 7004 St. Charles Ave.

Twelve rooms ranging from $179.10 to $209.00 plus tax. The Parkview Guest House offers breakfast each morning and complimentary refreshments and wine each evening.

In order to secure the group, the hotel requires the 1st night deposit on each room at the time of booking. All group bookings require a minimum of two nights and if on a weekend, must include Friday and Saturday, unless special arrangements have been made in advance.

Ninety days prior to arrival (June 27th), the Park View Guest House reserves the right to release any unbooked rooms to the general public, but will continue to accept reservations for your group if rooms are available. Cancellations occurring less than 45 days from the reservation date are non-refundable in the total amount of your stay.
